Abstract

In briefBaskar et al. present a multi-omic epigenetics approach to assay chromatin accessibility of fixed cells defined by intracellular regulators (e.g., transcription factors). Their method, InTAC-seq, generates high-quality data with low cell numbers and links chromatin-binding protein levels to epigenetic landscapes within rare and transient cell states in human tissue.
