This research explores the intricate interplay of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), workplace inclusion, and career counseling, aiming to integrate these elements for enhanced organizational dynamics. The study delineates the challenges and considerations associated with fusing career counseling into CSR initiatives, emphasizing the need for a balanced approach. Strategies such as embedding counseling in training, mentorship programs, and diversity initiatives are proposed.
