Abstract
The main objective of city logistics system is sustainability, or efficiency, wide acceptability, environmental protection and safety. On the other hand, the city logistics system is very complex. It is characterized by a large number of participants, with different, usually conflicting goals and complex interactions. In addition, the system of city logistics is part of a wider system of the town, the region, and there are complex interactions with the external environment. The system depends on the specific characteristics of the city, affects other forms of urban mobility and is subject to the policies of higher rank (regional, national policy). Given the exceptional complexity, sustainable city logistics solution requires an integrated approach in all phases of planning, from stages of problem identification, definition of alternative solutions and effects assessment, to implementation and by exploitation. In this way, the solution of city logistics is becoming widely accepted and not only affects the efficiency of the socio-economic system of town, already on the sustainability of the whole region.

Summary
Problema i efekata primenjenih i testiranih inicijativa, rešenja city logistike [5, 6] dolazi se do nekoliko zaključaka: [3]. Rešenja CL zahteva promenu ponašanja davaoca logističkih usluga, bez prethodne analize uticaja na njihove poslovne performanse. Ovo je moguće samo ako inicijator analizira ponašanje, aktivnosti i oblast delovanja uključenih aktera. U cilju istinske promene ponašanja, rešenja bi mogla da se usmere na učesnike koji mogu da povežu ostale aktere i njihove aktivnosti (npr., generatori robnih tokova ili viši nivoi uprave). Iako su deo lanca snabdevanja i pokretači svi logističkih aktivnosti, oni uglavnom nisu zainteresovani za probleme realizacije tokova. Lokalne uprave ne poznaju razlike između ovih i tokova koji zauzimaju kompletan tovarni prostor vozila Sa. aspekta LTL isporuka, inicijativa konsolidacije tokova preko logističkog centra može rezultovati brojnim koristima, ali se zbog primene i na FTL isporuke, u konačnom ishodu može pokazati kao neuspešna.
