Abstract
This is an abridged version of the final report of the MOST Computer Study, which was done between November 1965 and February 1966. It contains sections about the device and process characteristics and the principles of circuit design, estimates of the costs of MOST and bipolar integrated circuits, and an account of the present state of MOST technology with predictions of future trends. During the study a MOSIC was designed and made and a description of this is also included in this abridged report.
