Abstract
The use of different and non-standard information technology in an organization is referred to as silo culture. Silo culture will produce silo data that affects things like, non-uniform data formats, data duplication, and information. To overcome the silo cultute in an organization because of the use of different information technologies (IT) IT integration is carried out. IT integration can also support collaboration between components in an organization that will further enhance business processes. This integration can be done by developing an integration platform. In this study a systematic literature review (SLR) and IT integration metanalysis were carried out in an organization to gain an understanding of the architecture or layers, technology and integration platform features. In some publications the platform architecture is designed based on layers, such as business layers, applications, data, services, and so on. In this study, a meta-analysis was performed using Cronbach alpha to test the reliability of the data found and principal component analysis (PCA) or commonly called factor analysis to determine the optimal layer in the integration platform architecture. Based on the analysis that has been done is obtained the optimal layer in the integration platform namely business, user interface, integration, services, and data.
