Abstract
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The best‐laid strategic plans are apt to go awry without strong buy‐in from your campus, particularly your faculty members. “Actual change is unlikely to occur on your campus without significant faculty input into the implementation of your plans,” said Melody Bowdon, associate dean of the College of Undergraduate Studies and executive director for the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Central Florida.
