Abstract
In this research we explored a methodological proposal whose main purpose is to show and clarify the use of Information Technology and Communication in teacher education, using Conversational Software Agents and Social Network Analysis. In this context, the real-time work with the teacher is emphasized, and is feasible therefore to generate a practical and useful software tool, called Agent SocialMetric.
