Abstract
Labor relationships in the world today had change facing the unbalance of power between capital and labor. But labor didn’t stay merely quiet. A central aspect of labor responses are related with «regionalization» of unions, and the way they are linking them with global and national actions. The active participation of unions at the MERCOSUR and the Andean Community had renewed the labor agenda, the structures and the union cultures, developing new ways of organization and social dialogue between employers, workers and governments, changing even the structure of labor markets and the regional workforce.
