Abstract
We give necessary and sufficient conditions for the integrability of various distributions of GCR-lightlike submanifold of an indefinite Cosymplectic manifold.We also find the conditions for each leaf of holomorphic distribution and radical distribution to be totally geodesic in submanifold.
