Abstract
The article discusses a new and hitherto undescribed phenomenon on the commercial insurance market, i.e. insurance against hate speech. The purpose of this paper is to characterize insurance contracts against hate speech, based on the content of the general terms and conditions of insurance and the applicable provisions of Polish civil law. Particular attention was paid to such issues as: insurance addressees, the method of describing the insurance accident, the scope of benefits to which the insured person is entitled and the legal nature of the contract.
