Abstract
<p>Przedmiotem podjętej w opracowaniu analizy były instrumenty administracyjne wykorzystywane w procesie realizacji polityki ekologicznej. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na rolę i znaczenie pozwoleń emisyjnych, pozwoleń zintegrowanych, wodnoprawnych oraz na funkcjonujący system zarządzania środowiskiem( EMAS). Istotną kwestią, poddaną analizie z punktu widzenia administracji publicznej, była instytucja związana z przeprowadzaniem ocen oddziaływania na środowisko, w tym w szczególności ocen o charakterze strategicznym.</p>

Summary
The objective of the research are selected aspects of administrative instruments of Poland’s environmental policy. Special attention in the study has been paid to several key administrative instruments of the environmental policy, such as emission permits, integrated permits, water licenses, the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) and the institution of environmental impact assessment. They were transposed into the Polish law with respect to environmental protection following Polish accession to the European Union. Typical direct application instruments include emission standards, water licenses, integrated permits, EMAS, exploitation concessions, procedures regarding an environmental impact assessment and standards pertaining to environment use
