Abstract

AbstractLured by the technological sophistication of developed countries, educational broadcasters have also tended to unquestioningly adopt other non-technological aspects of broadcasting such as programming patterns and structures. Professor Gale Adkins presents a case here for the use of formative research to gather data for formulating programmes more in tune with the background of the intended audiences in developing countries.
