Abstract

Good organized system of institutions is a very important factor influencing normal functioning the agricultural sector in Poland. Institutionalization had particular importance in last years in Poland, i.e. during the transition period. It was the stage of preparation of our country for accession with European Union. This has required building or modernization of institutions (law, markets, organizations), with regulate Polish economic activity in domestic market or international market, especially in agricultural sector. The aim of this process was to increase of effectiveness and competitiveness of Polish agricultural sector and to improve of its absorption’s ability in the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy. Good developed institutions strengthen the economic position of UE members at international stage.
