Abstract

The companies encompassed by transport industry need to closely follow the trends of modern business organization, to reorganize their structure in a timely manner and to set new algorithms for internal organization of business processes. The relevance of the research is conditioned by the acceleration of the pace of life in general and specifically – the pace of transformation taking place in the transport sector in particular. The purpose of the study is elaboration of approaches to building a new forward-looking transformational development strategy for a transport company. The object of the research is the standardized strategic management model. The key methods used in the work are analysis, synthesis, generalization and modelling at the basic level. The key result of the work is primary development of new prospective institutional structure of business organization of transport companies, which is universal for various transport sectors and at the same time can be easily replicated by consulting firms in other areas of activity. An important aspect of the research is justification of compulsory institutional and legal elaboration of a new organizational form of business through consistent implementation of innovations in the permanent structure of tactical organization of the transport business.
