Abstract

In this paper, we discuss the instability of dianions of small alkali-metal clusters (Li 2 , Na 2 , and K 2 ) starting from the state-of-the-art GW approximation and taking account of multiple scattering of two particles (hole-hole or electron-electron). The present approach is based on the first principles T-matrix theory in the many-body perturbation theory.
