Abstract

The stability of the Fermi gas state in the nuclear matter which satisfies the saturation property is considered relativistically. It is shown that the Fermi gas state is stable at very low density and at high density, but it is unstable against density fluctuation in the intermediate density region including the normal density.NUCLEAR STRUCTURE Stability of nuclear matter satisfying nuclear saturation is studied for scalar meson condensation.
