Abstract

This study proposes a convolutional neural network (CNN)‐ based computer‐aided diagnosis (CAD) system for the grade classification of human glioma by using mid‐infrared (MIR) spectroscopic mapping at a single frequency. The proposed system has the advantages of noninvasive, label‐free, time‐saving and highly accurate, which could avoid the limitations of traditional histological diagnosis and will bring great convenience to clinical pathologists.Further details can be found in the article by Wenyu Peng, Shuo Chen, Dongsheng Kong, Xiaojie Zhou, Xiaoyun Lu, and Chao Chang (e202100313) image
