Abstract
This work reports an anthrazoline‐based photocatalyst, which features strong visible light absorption, high emission quantum yield and a long excited‐state lifetime. With the irradiation of visible light, our photocatalyst combination with Ni(II) complex can efficiently promote C—O bond formations, including esterification and etherification with a wide range of scope. The newly developed dual photocatalytic system with this conception is just like the Chinese philosophical concept “Yin and yang”.
