Abstract

This paper deals with the problem of insensitizing control of KDV–Burgers equation. This analysis produces a special type of null controllability, and shows that the nonlinear KDV–Burgers equation can be solved in terms of an insensitizing control. The proofs of the main result involve the system is controllable, stabilizable and relay on the study of linearized KDV–Burgers equations exists in appropriate Carleman type estimation and duality arguments. Finally, some numerical results are shown in order to demonstrate the applicability of the result.
