Abstract
To celebrate is a very healthy act. This scientific magazine, for its 25th anniversary, will celebrate by assessing the past and planning for the future. The article examines important elements in the history of Social Communication Graduate and Post-Graduate Program (PosCom) of the Methodist University of Sao Paulo (Umesp) since 1978 by reviewing the editions of the magazine Comunicacao & Sociedade.
