Abstract

The purpose of the article. This article discusses the current issues of digital transformation of industrial enterprises, identifies the key indicators of this process. The subject of the research is innovative tools and driving forces of digital transformation of the country's economy in general, and industrial enterprises in particular. The purpose of the article is to identify innovative tools and driving forces of digital transformation of industrial business structures, to analyze the possibilities of using platform solutions to ensure their competitiveness and sustainability. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of the presented research consists of the works of domestic and foreign authors, normative legal acts developed and implemented at the present time to ensure the digitalization of the country's economy. The author of the article uses both general scientific and private scientific methods, among which one can distinguish: analysis and synthesis to assess the actual level of digitalization of enterprises; discourse analysis to study regulatory documentation; systematic, structural-functional and situational approaches to identify the features of the use of digital platforms in order to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of industrial enterprises. Results. The author of the article analyzes the current state of the process of digital transformation of industrial enterprises, identifies its key driving forces. Conclusions. In the course of the study, conclusions were formed about the need to improve the regulatory framework that ensures the digital transformation of industrial enterprises, the development of domestic technical and technological support in the context of import substitution using reverse engineering technologies and the training of highly qualified specialists. Application. The presented analysis and evaluation of innovative tools and driving forces of transformation of the economy, in general, and industrial enterprises, in particular, can be used for further study.
