Abstract

Abstract The paper objective is to create and develop an innovative technology for sustainable development of human resources using non-formal and informal education – for student practice. As a result of collaboration among universities, beneficiaries and stakeholders, in order to increase competitiveness and performance student practitioners, to enhance organizational culture. Innovative technology is divided into 3 stages: Self- knowledge; Lessons about the successes of others; Own course on “personal road to success”.
