Abstract
In modern conditions of increasing the defense capability of Ukraine, the application of innovative technologies for teaching special disciplines in military educational institutions is becoming increasingly important. The training of intellectual security forces and state defense on the basis of NATO standards is topical.The article is devoted to innovative technologies of teaching the discipline «Organization of military communications» in the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy. It reveals the role and importance of original information and communication technologies in higher military education, among which the most significant are active and interactive teaching methods.Particular attention is paid to the integrated use of information and communication technologies, which in sum affects the motivation, cognitive interest and quality of assimilation of knowledge and skills by future officers in the process of acquiring them professional competencies in organizing military communications.The introduction of innovative technologies for training in higher military education, the implementation of the conceptual foundations for the development of military education and science contributes to ensuring the transition to a new type of innovation education, the growth of the prestige and image of military service among young people, military-professional, spiritual and moral potential of military specialists.In general, the implementation of modern pedagogical technologies in military education makes it possible: to implement a systemic integrated approach to the organization of the educational process, to achieve synchronism and consistency of all its elements, to increase the efficiency of the pedagogical process management and prediction of the final result.Further research should be directed to conducting a pedagogical experiment and to determine the percentage to which the quality of knowledge acquisition by cadets has increased, their motivation and cognitive interest.
