Abstract

The increase in agricultural production and food production in excess of regulatory needs, ensuring food security in Russia led to the expansion of agricultural exports and the change in the course of development of the agro-industrial complex from import substitution to export-oriented production. However, access to the world food markets requires producers of high quality products, its certification in accordance with international standards. The article shows the resource potential, the possibilities of Russian producers in the production of environmentally friendly products, the development of organic agriculture, the use of bio-intensive technologies, as well as the problems of ecological agriculture, the mechanisms of their solution on the example of the Altai territory.
