The purpose of this article is to explore the innovative research and development of the teaching mode of environmental art design major in colleges and universities. This article takes the application methods, characteristics and effects of the open teaching mode of environmental design major in ordinary universities as the main research object. And take this school and other schools as examples to investigate in-depth the teaching mode of environmental design majors in ordinary colleges and universities in my country.
