Abstract

This study analyzes research on the theme of production chains that have been the subject of research in the Biotechnology Postgraduate Programs of Rede Bionorte and PPGBIOTEC/UFAM, since its inception, between 2010 and 2020. The study is based on primary research in the Programs database, using the productive chain theme as a filter to select proposals with innovation and possible solution proposals. Methodologically it is a qualitative and quantitative study, with a systematic review of publications in selection by filters by theme. Fourteen surveys were identified, tabulated and qualitatively evaluated, highlighting those with some indication of technological innovation, non-technological innovation, technology transfer, skills developed in chains, biofuels, fruits and public policies. In terms of Technological Innovation, seven studies were identified that met the established criteria. It is concluded that there is great potential for innovation if the findings of the work carried out are deployed in actions in this sense.
