Abstract
Background and Aim: Efficiency of human day 2 embryo slow-freezing was enhanced due to cryoprotectant (CP) solution modification proposed 13 years ago (Edgar et al, 2009). To select the most efficient approach of day 2 embryo cryopreservation, we compared retrospectively laboratory and clinical effects of standard and modified slow freezing methods with 2 sub-variants of microvolumetric (MSS) vitrification.
