Abstract
This article presents an innovative approach to processing copper ore from one of the deposits in Kazakhstan, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of copper extraction from materials with a complex mineral composition. The described methodology includes several key stages: comprehensive analysis of the ore's material composition, gravity and flotation beneficiation, as well as hydrometallurgical processes. During the study, the ores underwent preliminary preparation, including crushing and grinding to the required fineness. Experiments on gravity and flotation beneficiation demonstrated that optimizing the parameters of these processes significantly increases the yield of copper concentrate. Additionally, sulfuric acid leaching conducted showed high efficiency in extracting copper from the ground ore. The research results confirm that a comprehensive approach to copper ore processing ensures high efficiency in extracting valuable components and opens up prospects for the sustainable and economically viable utilization of complex copper ores
