Abstract
When discussing the concepts of "education" and "teaching", conventional educational institutions, such as schools,typically come to mind. However, libraries also make a significant contribution to public education. Learning theoriesin educational sciences are dynamic and consistently updated to remain current. It is essential that any location thatfacilitates learning activities is cognizant of these trends and incorporates them into its philosophy of education. Toestablish the foundation for innovative library design, it is necessary to understand the zeitgeist and the currentrequirements of users. This study aims to examine innovative education methods, evaluate their applicabilityconcerning design criteria such as flexibility, sustainability, accessibility, and offer an updated design pathway forlibrary buildings.
