Abstract

The scope of the cadaster and cadastral activities is constantly being transformed. This requires immediate modification of lectures and practical classes on the subjects Basics of the Real Estate Cadastre and Unified State Register of Real Estate. Teachers make these changes based on their own understanding of the changes that occur. The introduction of the discipline "Innovations in the Field of Cadastre and Cadastral Activity" will allow making modifications to lecture and practical classes, taking into account the generalization of the opinions of leading teachers, as well as practical works of students. Thus, University graduates will be ready for the changes that take place and will be able to make right decisions in the current situations. The purpose of this work is to justify the need to introduce the discipline "Innovation" in the training of cadastral specialists. The relevance of the work lies in the fact that it fully meets the requirements of time in relation to the maximum approximation of the educational process to real conditions of performing cadastral works.
