Abstract

Abstract The automatic production of lightweight wallboard is an important support for promoting the development of the construction industry. In view of the problems of low efficiency and large demoulding loss in the production process, an innovative improvement of the demoulding device for lightweight wallboard is proposed. Optimizing the demoulding device for lightweight wall panels by combining a gripping device and a conveying device. The synchronous operation of demoulding of wall panel and mold recovery is realized. For the intermittent transmission of wallboard production, it is proposed to use 51 single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip, and S-curve acceleration and deceleration as the speed control algorithm. The demolding production efficiency of the device is improved, and the demolding loss is reduced. The feasibility and effectiveness of the innovative design of the lightweight wallboard stripping device were verified by finite element analysis of the grabbing device.
