Abstract

An innovative design for an active uniform heat dissipation system is presented. We use field synergy theory in a heat spread detection system, integrating an air shot system for the heat sources. Uniform heat spread is maintained throughout the optimized field synergy angle by adjusting air velocity and air direction during the heat formation process. This design concept is first tested on heat sink fins to improve thermal efficiency. The new device used in the design of a practical heat spread system to address thermal deformation and thermal management issues.
