Abstract

I would like to congratulate and thank Said Abisi et al1 for their thorough description of a new endograft design for the endovascular repair of complex aortic aneurysms, its possible indications, and their early experience in its use. They are further to be commended for the reported technical and clinical results, which are certainly impressive and reflect clinical practice in a very experienced high-volume aortic center.
