Abstract
The development strategy for metallurgical and pipe production at ZAO Ob’edinennaya Metallurgicheskaya Kompaniya is discussed, along with plans for developing the casting and rolling systems. The capabilities of the 5000 mill now under construction are described. The modernization of production systems for pipe of small, medium, and large diameter is considered.
