Highlights

  • Home is associated with well-being especially during aging, reinforcing aspects such as control and security perception

  • In that sense more than 80% of the Spanish elderly population prefers to get support at home than outside

  • The specific goal is to evaluate how virtual agents and related tools can provide support and home-based solution for elderly people suffering cognitive impairment. We believe that such innovations can extend the autonomy of the patients and their life at home
