Abstract

In the face of rapidly evolving technology and heightened global competition, fostering an innovation culture is paramount for organizations. Given the significance and intricacy of innovation management implementation, many researchers have proposed structured management approaches. This article offers a quantitative bibliometric analysis of these approaches using the Scopus and Web of Science databases. It examines the distribution of publications, key sources, interactions among sources, predominant approaches, and emerging research topics. The findings reveal that open innovation is the most prevalent approach. Furthermore, sustainability and information technology aspects like artificial intelligence, big data, industry 4.0, and digital transformation are notable in recent innovation management studies.
