Abstract
The Johnson and Johnson Nurse Executive Fellowship is a competitive nurse management program that is held each year during June. In conjunction with the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, the 3-week program “provides senior nurse executives with business and management knowledge that is crucial to their leadership at a time of significant challenges for both the nursing profession and the future of health care.” 1 Johnson and Johnson.
