Abstract

Globalization, which has become one of the defining characteristics of the world economy, has presented the governments of many countries with the problem of finding new forms and methods of adapting the national economic and political-legal environment to modern requirements for the implementation of international economic relations. The rapid change in the factors that determine the competitiveness of enterprises on world markets and the dynamic development of the global environment force governments to increasingly address the problems of ensuring national competitiveness on a global scale when creating the conditions for economic growth and prosperity of the nation.
