Abstract

The environmental protection industrial park is an important carrier for innovation and development of the environmental protection industry, which provides policy support for the entire process of innovation and entrepreneurship of environmental protection enterprises. Meanwhile, it provides technology research and development, achievement transformation and technology commercialization platforms for the innovation and development of environmental protection industry, helping the environmental protection enterprises grow, transform and develop. This research selected 23 innovation and entrepreneurship policies (5 categories) of environmental protection industrial park as the influencing factors, the interpretative structural modeling of system dynamics as the research tool, to establish the interpretative structural modeling (ISM) of innovation and entrepreneurship policy chain of environmental protection industrial park. By analyzing the correlation between the park’s innovation and entrepreneurship policies, the research has established an innovation and entrepreneurship policy chain and has analyzed the research results, which is of reference significance for the park management department to issue environmental protection industry policies.
