Abstract
1. Rate constants were calculated for the heterogeneous first electron transfer for Co(III) complexes with α-hydroxylaminooximes on a platinum electrode in a nonaqueous medium. 2. The transfer of this electron on a mercury electrode is accelerated upon the participation of bridging anions, and an inner-sphere mechanism for the electrode reaction is realized.
