Abstract

Barely had I received my PGY2 in-service exam score when an attorney wrote me offering to pay for my supposed “medical expertise.” Having come across one of my FOAM blog write-ups, he asked if I would consult with him on that topic for his client's medico-legal case against the defendant emergency physician.
