Abstract
The concentration wave dominated universal formation mechanism of hollow multi-shelled structures (HoMS) is revealed by numerical simulation, as reported by Wei Ge, Dan Wang and co-workers in their Research Article (e202302621). The discovery of the physical essence behind the formation of HoMS not only flourishes the environment for HoMS synthesis, but also offers a predictive blueprint for creating dynamic HoMS by concentration waves, thereby establishing a valuable framework for future research in the realm of synthetic chemistry.
