Abstract

Objective: The most common recommendation for GnRH antagonists is to initiate treatment after a fixed number of days of FSH administration or when the lead follicle is between 12–14mm in diameter. The purpose of this investigation was to compare our experience with IVF cycles in which a GnRH antagonist was initiated when the lead follicle was greater than 14mm in diameter with those in which the lead follicle was 14mm or less in diameter.
