Abstract

The motivation behind this study was to create and approve a scale that catches each of the six one of a kind dimensions of Work-family conflict in Tamil Nadu viewpoint. This study concludes that six factor model for work-family conflict scale can be used as a reliable instrument to measure work-family conflict in the Indian context.
