Abstract
To the Editor.— I found the title of the article by Goffman et al 1 regarding a case of acute dyspnea in a young woman to be misleading. I do not see any relevance between the fact that the patient was oral contraceptive pills and the final diagnosis of sarcoidosis. Why did the authors not use the fact that the patient was blond or brunette, obese or slender, or tall or short instead of the phrase taking birth control pills?
