Abstract

This note deals with two problems related to anisotropyof the electrical conductivity. In the first part of the paper the possibility to evaluate the analiticalexpression of the coefficient of electrical conductivity has been shown, takinginto account some results stated by Jancel and Kahan. In the second part a suitable simplified analysis enabled us to discussthe macroscopic motion of an ionospheric flow.

Introduction

In the second part a suitable simplified analysis enabled us to discuss the macroscopic motion of an ionospheric flow.
