Abstract

The leaf and head septoriosis in winter triticale is caused by the fugus Stagonospora nodorum which belongs to the most dangerous diseases of this species. This report tries to define the genes responsible for winter triticale head resistance to S. nodorum and the segregation ratios. Two winter triticale cultivars were used to crosses: cultivar Bogo, was characterized by susceptible heads and cultivar Almo, has significantly high resistance of heads. From the data of the F-2 generation hybrids the Mendelian segregation ratio was 3 susceptible head to 1 “resistant”.
