Abstract

The 1-0 and 2-1 transitions of the 15N 16O molecule have been investigated with a Fourier spectrometer (resolution 2.7 × 10 −3 cm −1). The 1-0 transition of the 15N 17O and 15N 18O molecules have also been observed. A direct approach method was used to determine molecular constants from the observed data. The parameters A Je and γ e were calculated by combining the 14N 16O and 15N 16O results. Two spectral coincidences with 13C 16O laser lines have been found.
