Abstract
The vapor phase infrared and Raman spectra of several isotopic species of ethynyldifluoroborane (HC 2BF 2) and ethynyldichloroborane (HC 2BCl 2) have been obtained. Vapor phase band contours, Raman polarization data, characteristic group frequencies, and isotopic frequency shifts have been used to make the vibrational assignments for these molecules.
