Abstract

Summary The article is devoted to the problem of risk monitoring in the context of managing the economic activity of metallurgical enterprises and the implementation of new energy saving projects. The functional purpose of monitoring is the study of environmental and economic factors and their risks, which are examined periodically (daily, monthly or quarterly), according to the emission permit. Monitoring of environmental and economic risks allows obtaining more accurate initial information for making managerial decisions regarding their implementation. The object of the study is a metallurgical enterprise and its individual divisions, decisionmaking regarding the effective use of energy resources by individual divisions of the enterprise; economic and environmental risks that may arise in the course of economic activity. The main goal is the further development of an information system for monitoring the economic and environmental risks of a metallurgical enterprise in conditions of different equipment loads due to different production intensities. A structural model of the monitoring information system has been developed for the identification and management of environmental and economic risks of metallurgical enterprises with the aim of increasing environmental efficiency, ensuring the economically efficient functioning and development of enterprises of the metallurgical complex.
